Refund policy
You have up to 10 days from the order date to return an items. It must be in its original package and condition. Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
If you purchase an items with a discount of 20% or more, or purchase an item in our SALE category, the items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us or exchanged.
All returns must be authorized prior to returning. Please email serenitykclothing@gmail.com
- Merchandise may be returned for an E-gift card within 10 days from order date
- Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product, not for any shipping or handling charges.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive your return, 2-3 days for us to apply your return credit.
- If approved for a return, an E-gift card code will be emailed to the email address on file once the item is received.
- If an order is placed prior to receiving an E-gift card, we cannot apply the credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please email serenitykclothing@gmail.com
Exchanges
Due to our limited quantities of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for an E-gift card only.
Damages and issues
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at serenitykclothing@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item. If we are not notified within 2 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/ defect in your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handing, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer resolutions. Clothing patterns mat also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects an the buyer will pay return shipping.
