Shipping and Returns


You have up to 10 days from the order date to return an item and it must be in its original packaging and condition. Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  The customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

 If you purchase an item with a discount of 20% or more, or purchase an item in our SALE category, the items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us or exchanged.

All returns must be authorized prior to returning. Please email

    • Merchandise may be returned for an E-gift card within 10 days from the order date.
    • Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product, not for any shipping and handling charges.
    • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive your return, and 2-3 days for us to apply your return credit.
    • If approved for a return, an E-gift card code will be emailed to the email address on file once the item is received.
    • If an order is placed prior to receiving an E-gift card code, we cannot refund that amount to you. Please wait until your E-gift card has been sent in order to use your credit for a replacement.
    • If you place an order and do not use your E-gift card, we cannot apply that credit afterwards. If you have any issues with your credit, please email before placing your order.


Due to our limited quantities of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for an E-gift card ONLY.                                
  • Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
  • If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a $6 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity            

Defects or Problems with your order:

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 2 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
• Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping.
